Orders are normally fulfilled within 1-3 days. After this, the following delivery estimates apply:
- Delivery in the continental USA is 2-5 days via USPS Priority mail.
- International delivery is by DHL, this takes 1-8 days (depending on location).
All orders are fully trackable and insured. Tracking will be sent at the time of dispatch.
We will accept returns of damaged products.
We also accept returns of unused, unopened skin care, mask and toothpaste products.
For damaged items, please provide a photograph of damage within 24hours of delivery. We will happily reissue order or refund, per your instructions.
You can also receive a return for refund or exchange within 30 days for unused, unopened merchandise. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require order receipt or proof of purchase to be included in the return parcel.
Please contact customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given an RMA number once return has been approved and the address to return products to.
Customer pays return postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (Refunds will only be rejected if item is used, damaged or not in packaging).
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund 14 days after receiving the confirmation email, first call your bank, card company, Paypal or another payment provider as appropriate.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Certain banks and card companies also process refunds differently. So it is worthwhile checking first.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded (unless faulty).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a photograph of damage within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to arrange reshipping.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, this will be minus the original shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
